When does Trusted Shops delete my data?

After termination of the Guarantee services, the data is restricted for further processing and completely deleted after expiry of the relevant statutory retention periods (§ 257 of the German Code of Commerce (HGB), § 147 of the German Act on Duties (AO)). Data received by Trusted Shops due to an evaluation invitation on behalf of an online shop is automatically deleted after 90 days.
