Does Trusted Shops transfer my data to third parties?

Trusted Shops does not transfer any personal data to third parties. If we do, it is to the service providers that Trusted Shops has commissioned for its own infrastructure, such as a hosting provider or an email delivery service provider. A data processing agreement has been concluded with these providers in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
