If you don’t have a return note, please ask the online shop to provide it. Please note, however, that an online shop is not obliged to provide a return note.
You will find the necessary information on returns in the cancellation policy or the GTC of the online shop with which you placed your order.
Please make sure that you send your return as a parcel with tracking number so that you can always check its status and have proof of the return. Such proof is a prerequisite for applying for a refund if you have activated the Trusted Shops Buyer Protection.
