I have authorised the parcel services to deliver a package in my absence and I can’t find it

If you choose this option, you take responsibility for your package as soon as it is deposited by the delivery agent. This means that you are no longer protected against non-delivery.

If you can’t find your package at the specified location, we recommend that you contact the transport company directly and, if necessary, report any theft to the police.
