For how long is my Buyer Protection valid?

We protect your orders for 30 days from the order date. If you use our free Buyer Protection Basic, an extension of the protection is unfortunately not possible. However, if you use one of our paid services, you can extend each protection once for 30 days in your Trusted Shops account. You can find out how to do this here.
