How much money will I get back with buyer protection?
How much money you get back depends on which country you shop in and what buyer protection service you use. You can always find this information in your Trusted Shops account under “Your Account” > “Your Membership”.
How to find your coverage amount
- Sign in to your Trusted Shops account.
- Go to “Your Account” > “Your Membership”.
- This is where you will see your maximum coverage amount.
Alternatively, you can also find the coverage amount in the buyer protection confirmation email you receive after each purchase.
Why are there different coverage amounts?
Trusted Shops offers buyer protection in different countries. Depending on the market, different coverage amounts apply. Here is an overview:
Buyer protection is available to all buyers residing in one of the following regions:
- European Union
- European Economic Area (EEA)
- Switzerland
- United Kingdom
