If you have not yet given any other feedback on your order, you can extend your protection if necessary, provided that you placed your order in the following markets: Germany, Austria or the Netherlands.
The option to extend depends on the type of your protection. The Buyer Protection Basic does not offer an extension of the protection. With the upgrade to our fee-based Trusted Shops Buyer Protection PLUS service, you can extend your protection by another 30 days. A Single Protection can also be extended by another 30 days.
To extend your protection, log in to your My Trusted Shops account and click on “My orders”:
You will now see an overview of your protected orders. Select the appropriate protection and click on “Buyer Protection”:
Then select the option “I would like to extend the protection”:
