Return costs

The Trusted Shops Buyer Protection takes effect in the event of

• failure to deliver ordered goods or services; or
• failure to refund the purchase price following effective cancellation.

However, please note that you have agreed to the shop's cancellation policy and therefore to possibly bear the return costs when making your purchase.
