You have received a refund from the online shop, but the shipping costs for the shipment to you (not to be confused with the return shipping costs) were not refunded? Please contact the online shop directly as a first step - because they have to refund these costs as well. Possible exceptions to this are:
- Premium shipping methods that you additionally booked,
- one or more items were not delivered.
