If you have not received the return shipping costs from the online shop after the withdrawal, please first read our post "Who bears the return shipping costs in case of a cancellation?"
Has the online shop not refunded the return shipping costs, although the cancellation policy states that they have to bear these costs or is this information missing in the online shop's cancellation policy? Then please be sure to contact us via your Trusted Shops account before the expiration of your Trusted Shops protection. Fill out the required fields and tell us in the free text field that you have not received the return shipping costs. Please also send us the return receipt.
The cancellation policy also applies if the reason for the cancellation is e.g. damaged goods. It is different if you have returned wrong or damaged goods to the online shop under the statutory warranty and want the exchange or replacement of the goods. In this case, the online shop has to bear the return shipping costs in case of a justified complaint.
