I have noticed a debit from Trusted Shops, but cannot allocate it.

Debit amount €12,00:

This amount refers to our Trusted Shops Buyer Protection PLUS, which you have opted for when ordering from a certified online shop. This means that all your orders in online shops certified by us are covered up to €20,000 each.  

As long as you use this service, we will deduct €12,00 once a year and you can sit back for 12 months and shop online worry-free. Should you not cancel this service, it will be extended for a further year at a time. The direct debit is always made in advance.
