Buyer Protection PLUS - a fee-based service. What is the benefit for me?

Trusted Shops also offers a fee-based service - the Buyer Protection PLUS. 

For an annual fee of €12,00, we protect all your orders from Trusted Shops-certified online shops up to €20,000 per purchase. Your service usage will be automatically renewed after 12 months unless you actively cancel at least one month before the end of the term.

In case of insolvency, disputes relating to order cancellation or lost packages: we protect you financially.

Once you have registered, you can view and manage all protected orders, your last annual invoice, and information relating to your Buyer Protection in your  "My Trusted Shops" account.
