Cancellation and termination of Buyer Protection Basic

If you would like to cancel your Trusted Shops Basic membership, please send your cancellation to service@trustedshops.com

Alternatively, you can delete your account in your ‘My Trusted Shops’ account:

In your account, click on ‘Your account’ at the top right and then on ‘Settings’
at the bottom you will find the option ‘Delete my account’.
