You benefit from this service when you shop in a Trusted Shops certified online shop. Each order is automatically protected to a maximum of €2.500 and you automatically enjoy all the benefits. The service can be cancelled at any time.

In case of insolvency, disputes relating to order cancellation or lost packages: we protect you financially.

After logging in, you can view and manage all your protected orders and information about your Buyer Protection in your My Trusted Shops account.
