If you report a non-delivery or a non-refund after having cancelled the order as prescribed by the law, the online shop with which you’ve placed your order will be notified and asked for feedback. Your protection is automatically extended by 30 days.
In your My Trusted Shops account, you will be informed about every step of the claim. You can also leave your feedback.
If the online shop doesn’t provide the required feedback, you will receive an e-mail from Trusted Shops one week before the new protection expires, by which you can submit your refund claim. After receiving all the necessary documents, Trusted Shops arranges the refund of the amount covered by the protection.
