The subject is, for example: "Short reminder for an outstanding invoice amount" (as in the example shown below) or "Payment reminder for an outstanding invoice amount". In this case, there is currently still an outstanding invoice amount within the scope of your Trusted Shops Buyer Protection PLUS use.
Why is there an outstanding amount?
This may be due to several reasons, e.g. your payment details are no longer up to date or your account was poorly funded at the time of the debit, or perhaps it was simply a mistake in the numbers when entering your payment details.
What do you need to do?
Please check your payment details as requested within the next 7 days so that we can debit the outstanding amount in due time.
To do so, please click on the blue button labelled "Update payment details here" to log in to My Trusted Shops. Here you can check your payment details with just a few clicks and update them if necessary.
