How can I leave a review?

After shopping in an online shop certified by Trusted Shops or as soon as the shop uses the Trusted Shops rating system, you will receive a rating invitation by e-mail. This e-mail contains a clickable link that takes you to a review questionnaire. Fill in the star rating field and write a comment if you wish. If not already provided, please add the order number and your e-mail address. Now click on ‘Rate now’ to submit your rating.

You may receive a verification e-mail after submitting your review asking you to confirm your review by clicking on the link provided.

If you have not received the review invitation but you have a Trusted Shops Buyer Protection, you can also review your purchase in your personal My Trusted Shops account. Under ‘My orders’, click on the protected purchase and then on ‘Rate shop’. 

Should you neither receive a review invitation nor have you secured your purchase with our Buyer Protection, simply write a short e-mail to reviewservice@trustedshops.com .  Along with the request for a review link, please send us your complete order confirmation that you received by e-mail from your online shop.

Once we have verified that you have completed your purchase with a Trusted Shops member, we will send you the requested review link.
