If you receive incorrect or damaged goods, please always contact the online shop with which you placed your order first, since this is an issue related to the warranty.
Of course, you may also cancel your order if incorrect, faulty, or defective goods are delivered to you and report this accordingly in your My Trusted Shops account from one week before the protection expires.
Important: the Trusted Shops Buyer Protection only takes effect in case you cancel the order in accordance with the law, i.e. within 14 days after reception of the goods.
