In rare cases, it may happen that you are not offered or can’t activate a protection for your purchase at a certified online shop. The protection can be booked up to 3 days after placing an order by clicking on "My orders" - "Add guarantee" in your My Trusted Shops account.
If you have troubles with this or you can’t find the online shop in the drop-down list, you can also forward your complete order confirmation e-mail to the following e-mail address up to 30 days after placing the order: service@trustedshops.de.
You will then automatically receive a confirmation of the protection.
