Approximately one week before the guarantee expires, you will receive an e-mail in which we ask you to provide feedback on your order. If everything has gone well, the guarantee expires at the specified time. In case of problems or disputes, you can extend the guarantee. To do so, it is important for you to provide your feedback to Trusted Shops before the guarantee expires.
