Approximately one week before the protection expires, you will receive an e-mail in which we ask you to provide feedback on your order. If everything has gone well, the protection expires at the specified time. In case of problems or disputes, you can extend the protection. To do so, it is important for you to provide your feedback to Trusted Shops before the protection expires.
