Each online shop has its own return policy, which can be found in the respective cancellation policy.
Important: Please do not send the goods to Trusted Shops, but always to the online shop with which you placed your order.
As a rule, the package contains a shipping note for the return. If this is not the case, you will find the necessary information in the cancellation policy or the GTC of the relevant online shop.
Please make sure that you send your return as a parcel with tracking number so that you can always check its status and have proof of the return. Such proof is a prerequisite for applying for a refund if you have activated the Trusted Shops Buyer Protection.
